What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, business questions, conversation transcript, voice transcript and uploaded images. Do not send card numbers, passwords, verification codes, full bank details or government identifiers.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your questions, recommend POS and payment options, email your consultation record, continue the same consultation and protect the service from abuse. Consultation emails are not permission to add you to a marketing list.
AI and service providers
Your consultation may be processed by artificial-intelligence, hosting, email and security providers acting for P-LINK. Automated recommendations are informational; a person reviews final rates, contracts, applications and sensitive matters.
Retention and safeguards
We retain consultation information only as long as reasonably needed for the consultation, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. We use access controls and appropriate technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your consultation information, withdraw consent for future processing, or raise a privacy concern by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained where legally required.
